We are a copier service dealer in MD. A while back we used to order Belt Cleaner and D-Ink from your Co. Do you still have that available?

ANSWER:

We do continue to sell the Belt Cleaner product. The part numbers are BC1 and BC4. D Ink has been discontinued and is no longer sold.

Canon IR C2880 with jam code 0105. We replaced the entire tray 1 paper feed assembly, but the exact same error occurs. Paper stops about half way out of tray 1. Tray 2 and bypass work fine.
