QUESTION:
Canon IR C2880 with jam code 0105. We replaced the entire tray 1 paper feed assembly, but the exact same error occurs. Paper stops about half way out of tray 1. Tray 2 and bypass work fine.

ANSWER:
There are a few other things to try. One does not carry more weight than the others.

1) Replace the Registration Sensor Assembly
2) Replace the Separation Pad
3) Replace the Actuator
4) Update the Firmware
